What we do
Our approach
Rooted in love for the Heart of Jesus, our service responds to the needs of the poor through works of mercy that seek to restore dignity, awaken charity, and accompany each person with faith and compassion.
Love for Christ lived through merciful service.
Merciful Service to the Poor
Love for the Heart of Jesus finds its true expression in merciful service to the poor and the most abandoned.
In our apostolic work, love for the Heart of Jesus and love for the poor are inseparably united. Our service goes beyond material assistance, seeking the human and Christian formation of each person, so that they may grow in dignity, faith, and responsibility, becoming protagonists of their own integral development.
To educate is to love deeply.
Educational Ministry: Schools and Homes
Education is an act of love that forms the heart and leads each person toward human dignity and Christian life.
Through schools and homes, we continue the charism of Saint José María de Yermo y Parres by offering an integral formation that nurtures spiritual, intellectual, physical, and moral growth. Our educational mission seeks to evangelize and promote the poor, forming men and women who build more just and fraternal societies.
Serving Christ in those who suffer.
Health Ministry: Clinics, Homes for the Elderly, and Hospitals
In the sick and the elderly, we encounter Christ and serve Him with compassion, reverence, and merciful love.
Our service in health care is rooted in faith and in the shared experience of human suffering. Through clinics, homes for the elderly, and hospitals, we reveal the merciful love of Christ by offering attentive presence and care that embraces the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions of each person.
Responding to the signs of the times.
Diversified Pastoral Ministry
Attentive to the needs of today’s world, we seek new paths to announce Christ and share His merciful love.
Attuned to the signs of the times, we go out to meet our brothers and sisters in diverse pastoral settings, making present the mercy of the Heart of Jesus. Our service includes parish, vocational, family, and prison ministry, as well as centers of spirituality, formation, communication, and artistic expression.
A Mission Lived in Faith
A vocation expressed through prayer, service, and daily fidelity.
We carry our mission in prayer and service, and we welcome those who wish to learn more, to accompany us, or to entrust intentions to our care.
“Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”
— Matthew 25:40
